Rented equipment is the responsibility of the client for the entire rental period, from departure until return to our premises. If the client uses our delivery and installation services, their responsibility is limited according to the times specified on the invoice. However, our company, GonflableSutton.com, cannot be held responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur during the use of the rented equipment. We recommend that clients review our TERMS OF USE to understand best practices and contact us if they have any doubts about the safe use of the equipment.
The client is responsible for providing the necessary electrical connections according to the rented equipment, including 120-volt / 15-amp grounded electrical outlets.
In case of breakage, damage, or poor condition of the equipment during inspection at pickup or return to our premises, a minimum fee of $20 will be charged. The client is therefore responsible for paying the full value of the equipment or the costs to restore it to its original condition, including parts, labor, and transportation fees. The equipment must be returned clean and intact, as it was entrusted. To avoid these fees, it is recommended to thoroughly dry the structures to prevent mold and to sweep the inside to remove any debris such as branches, grass, or sand.
It is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup.
It is also possible to cancel the reservation less than 48 hours before pickup. (A fee of 50% of the reservation value will then be charged)
In case of delay in returning the equipment, the client must contact us to make arrangements and confirm their choice in writing (SMS, text message, email, Messenger). If no arrangement is made, late fees will be charged: 50% of the original rental cost per day without proration. For residential events, pickup and return times are specified on our website.
For commercial events, the final cost will be determined before signing the contract based on the chosen equipment, the number of rental days, the duration, mileage fees, delivery, and installation.
