The renter, who becomes responsible for the rented items and equipment during the rental period, must accept the general rental and usage conditions. They must ensure that these conditions are followed by all users and inform any supervisor of the requirements to be met. The terms "game," "structure," and "module" are used interchangeably depending on the rented product.
During the installation of the inflatable structure, the renter must close all zippers before turning on the blower(s). All provided stakes must be installed at the designated locations at the base of the structure to stabilize it on the ground. To minimize the risk of injuries and maximize stability, it is recommended to fully drive the stakes into the ground at approximately a 45-degree angle downward toward the structure, then attach the ropes to the D-shaped rings located at the base of the structure. Some large structures also require the use of anchors located higher up on the structure.
The required electrical supply is 10 to 15 amps per blower and must be powered by an independent grounded electrical circuit. It is strongly recommended to use the extensions provided by GonflableSutton.com. Each blower must be checked and monitored to ensure that the air intake and outlet are not obstructed or in contact with water or snow during installation and use.
The area reserved for the equipment must be completely clear, level, and clean. A space of at least 1 meter must be left around the installed structures, away from any obstacles (trees, shrubs, fences, etc.). The entry and exit surfaces should ideally be soft, such as sand, grass, or mulch. Exercise mats can also be placed in the most at-risk areas (entry and exit). Additionally, a space of at least 6 meters (20 feet) must be provided for barbecues, fire pits, smoking areas, or any other flammable objects or substances.
When the structure is deflated, the renter must ensure that no person or object is inside the structure before turning off the blower. All zippers must be opened to facilitate deflation. It is also recommended to walk on the structure, without shoes, to expel air more quickly. Remember to remove the stakes and store them in the bag with the extension cord. To facilitate handling and transportation of the structure, it is recommended to roll it as tightly as possible. We therefore advise folding the game so that it is about 4 to 5 feet wide and having a person walk on the structure just ahead of the roll.
Adult supervision is required during the use of inflatable games, and for games over 40 feet, a second person is necessary.
In hot weather, it is recommended to remove shoes before entering the games to reduce the risk of injuries. Additionally, it is important to remove sharp or pointed objects such as belts, glasses, jewelry, etc., to prevent injuring participants or damaging the structure.
The maximum allowed weight per participant is 180 lbs.
It is important to respect the maximum number of people allowed in the games. For small games, it is limited to 5 participants, while for larger games, it is limited to a 20-foot section, meaning that a 40-foot course can accommodate no more than 10 participants.
Bringing food, drinks, or animals into the games is prohibited.
Participants must only use the designated parts of the game for climbing, walking, and jumping.
Supervisors may intervene at any time in the game, even outside the previously stated limits. However, it is recommended to use a whistle.
It is recommended to turn off the blowers when the game is not in use or when no supervisor is present.
